About the Role

SKY Healthy Food is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive – Modern Trade Channels to join our expanding sales team. The role involves managing modern trade retail channels and ensuring strong product presence, visibility, and performance in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets within assigned modern trade accounts.

  • Ensure product distribution, stock rotation, and display compliance in all outlets.

  • Implement trade marketing activities, price changes, and promotions as per plan.

  • Maintain strong relationships with store management and category supervisors to secure in-store visibility and solve operational challenges.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and promotional movements.

  • Collect and report accurate market feedback on sales, consumer trends, and stock levels.

  • Coordinate with logistics and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.

  • Support key account executives with in-store execution of national and regional agreements.

  • Monitor merchandiser performance and adherence to company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Food sales within an assigned geographical area.

  • preferably in modern trade channels (e.g., Gourmet, Seoudi, Oscar, etc.).

  • Experience with premium products or channels is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Excellent route planning and territory management.

  • Basic analytical and reporting skills using Excel.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
