We are hiring "#Senior_Trade_Marketing_Specialist" to join our team

Location: Sheraton, Heliopolis, Cairo.

Full time contract

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.

· Design and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, sampling programs, and merchandising solutions.

· Manage trade marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROl.

· Coordinate with sales teams to tailor activities per channel (modern trade, traditional trade, horeca, wholesalers).

· Channel & Customer Management

· Create customized trade programs for key accounts and retail partners.

· Support sales team with trade decks, promotional materials, and product presentations.

· Negotiate with retailers/distributors for visibility and in-store space.

· Ensure brand guidelines are implemented across all touchpoints in trade.

· Develop and manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and ensure timely distribution.

· Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, shelf share, and product visibility.

· Cross-functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and alignment of campaigns.

· Partner with agencies and suppliers for creative development and production of trade assets.

Key Requirements

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience: +4 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG (food is a MUST).

· Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG channels, shopper behavior, and retail landscape.

Skills:

· Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

· Strong project management and execution ability.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.
