Our Trade Marketing teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About The Role

Your responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers.
- Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across various sales channels.
- Proficiency in collaborating across functions such as marketing and finance to execute strategic plans.
- Solid background in customer and channel strategy, alongside sales negotiation skills.
- Astute business and financial accumen with experience in managing profit and loss.
- Track record of implementing sales strategies and optimising eCommerce platforms.
- Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement with healthcare professionals.
- MT TD and Promo grids
- Managing stocks on ground vs forecasted IMS numbers
- Managing Sales/MD Team KPIs in terms of coverage, frequency and call rate
- Distribution targets and strike rates for MT by brand
- MSL by store classification
- Tracking MT visibility elements (displays, shelves, MSL achievement) – Audit Merchandising
- POSM, brands and in-store activations
- Manging Trade Marketing budgets by Channel, spend vs plan and budget reconciliations.
- High Analytical skills and taking required actions.
- Skilful communication and teamwork
- Agility and delivering in challenging situations
- Able to influence across all levels of the organization
- Launch NPD/EPD with strategies to ease it for the sales team to achieve the sales target
The experience we're looking for
- Professional Marketing / Sales Degree /Diploma.
- 7-10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG
- 3-5 years of experience in Morden trade Marketing Dept.
- High Analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers.
- Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across various sales channels.
- Proficiency in collaborating across functions such as marketing and finance to execute strategic plans.
- Solid background in customer and channel strategy, alongside sales negotiation skills.

- Track record of Launch NPD/EPD with strategies to ease it for the sales team to achieve the sales target.
- Agility and delivering in challenging situations
- Able to influence across all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail with an expansive global mindset
- Robust commercial thinking, able to influence decisions with meaningful data and insights.
- A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
- The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
