About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Section Head is responsible for leading and executing the company's recruitment strategy to attract top talent.

The role oversees end-to-end hiring processes across different functions and levels.

He/She manages the recruitment team and ensures alignment with business and workforce plans.

The role focuses on improving hiring quality, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Section Head acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership.

Location: New Cairo / Sokhna

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8:10
    years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with leadership exposure.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles and levels.
  • Strong experience in workforce planning and hiring strategy development.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Professional HR certification ( CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
