We are looking for a 
talented and driven HR Recruiter
 to join our growing team. If you're passionate about people, love finding top talent, and know how to build strong teams, this role is for you.

Location: 5th settlement, New Cairo

Employment Type
: Full-Time - onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 
    full recruitment cycle
     (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
  • Source candidates through 
    LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Coordinate and conduct 
    HR & technical interviews
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
  • Build and maintain a strong 
    talent pipeline
  • Prepare and manage 
    job offers and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in 
    HR recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of 
    interviewing techniques and hiring processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
