Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in New Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).

Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

Monitor and document all employee movements (hiring, transfers, promotions) in coordination with relevant departments.

Conduct initial screening, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews with candidates.

Utilize various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, etc.).

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Generate and submit regular reports on recruitment performance and hiring metrics.

Qualifications:

1 year to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within industrial or manufacturing companies.

Residence in 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas is preferred.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Passion for people and talent identification.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recruitment platforms.
