Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Planning Section Head for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo. The Planning Section Head will be responsible for overseeing project planning processes, creating schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timelines are met. The position will also involve coordinating with different teams to align activities, analyzing project data to resolve bottlenecks, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve project goals efficiently. The candidate will contribute to improving processes and ensuring project success through effective planning and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and process optimization.
  • Experience in team coordination, decision-making, and leadership within construction or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
