to lead the charge in ensuring seamless material availability and production execution across our fast-growing operations.

Who are we?

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast- food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage the material planning and production planning teams to ensure uninterrupted supply to meet customer demand and operational targets.
  • Convert the demand forecast into short- and medium-term production plans, balancing capacity, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Ensure raw and packaging materials are available in the right quantity, quality, and timing by coordinating with procurement and suppliers.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of both raw materials and finished goods to reduce waste and avoid shortages.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, service levels, inventory turnover, and material availability.
  • Lead and continuously improve the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align business, operations, and supply chain functions.
  • Identify risks in the supply plan and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Drive automation, digital tools, and system enhancements to improve planning accuracy and efficiency

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or any related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply planning, with solid exposure on both material and production planning
  • Strong analytical skills – experience with ERP systems
  • Proven experience in high SKU, fast moving environments (eg. FMCG, Pharma)
  • Pro-active mindset with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and lead under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
