Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Cairo. The OD Section Head will lead organizational development initiatives, including strategic planning, performance enhancement, and change management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing OD strategies, designing training programs, analyzing organizational effectiveness, and driving employee engagement efforts. The OD Section Head will collaborate closely with various departments to align organizational goals with business strategies and ensure the continuous development of talent and processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Strategy Implementation
  • Strong skills in Training Design, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management
  • Ability to analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
