Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Mail & Chat Technical Support Agent (English speakers). The Technical Support Agent will handle customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, providing timely and accurate support. They will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex issues as necessary. The role also involves documenting customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Email Marketing and training customers on new features and services
  • Ability to manage logistics and coordinate with different departments
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a BPO or technical support role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
