Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Mail and Chat Agent in ETISALAT BUSINESS CONNECTION's contact center. Responsibilities include managing customer communications via email and chat platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and efficient customer support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to improve service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries.
- Experience in Training and a willingness to continuously improve skill sets.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing and Logistics Management processes.
- Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills for efficient email and chat communication.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
