Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance for frozen chicken products across assigned retail channels. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring product visibility, executing promotional activities, and supporting overall brand growth within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers, key accounts, and store managers.
  • Promote and sell frozen chicken products to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper product availability, rotation, and freshness across all assigned outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Negotiate shelf space, displays, and promotional visibility to maximize brand exposure.
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate product performance, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure attractive and compliant product displays.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and sampling activities.
  • Prepare accurate daily/weekly sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure after-sales satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and distribution teams to secure timely deliveries.
  • Provide insights on consumer preferences and contribute to product positioning strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in retail sales, FMCG, or frozen foods segment is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
  • Ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills.
