Logistics Specialist
to join our team in Sheikh Zayed.

Role Overview

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full export logistics process for our international shipments. This includes communication with shipping lines, preparing export documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring all shipments are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily export shipments, including bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders
  • Prepare and review all export documentation (B/L instructions, COO, health certificates, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
  • Track shipments and proactively solve logistical issues or delays
  • Communicate closely with the production, sales, and quality teams
  • Ensure compliance with international export regulations and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Assist in improving logistics workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in the food or agricultural sector
  • Strong understanding of shipping processes, container logistics, and export documentation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
