We're Hiring
Outbound Logistics Specialist
to join our operations team and handle day-to-day outbound activities for our FMCG and e-commerce clients. We're looking for someone with solid logistics experience, strong analytical and computer skills, and the ability to work with multiple clients and brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all
    outbound operations
    : order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Coordinate daily with
    warehouse, transport and customer service teams
    to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Follow up on
    stock levels, shelf life, and storage conditions
    for multiple brands and clients.
  • Prepare and review
    outbound documents, invoices, and shipping reports
    .
  • Use
    Excel and other systems
    to track orders, monitor KPIs, and analyze outbound performance.
  • Handle
    returns and discrepancies
    with clients and internal teams in a professional way.
  • Ensure
    accuracy and organization
    of goods in the warehouse according to company standards.
  • Contribute to
    process improvement
    by analyzing data and suggesting practical solutions.
  • Maintain strong
    communication with clients
    regarding status of orders and stock.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably
    Commerce / Management Information Systems
    or related).
  • 2-3 years of experience
    in logistics, warehousing, or outbound operations (FMCG / e-commerce background is a strong plus).
  • Strong
    computer skills
    , especially
    Excel and other Office programs
    .
  • Good skills in
    data analysis, mathematics, and problem solving
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    marketing / client needs
    in fast-moving products.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and
    detail-oriented
    in handling stock and documents.
  • Strong
    communication skills
    and ability to work with different teams and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet
    daily outbound targets
    .
