Role Description
- Driving retail sales for frozen chicken products and meeting targets.
- Ensuring product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution.
- Managing stock levels, rotation (FIFO), and freezer display quality.
- Building strong relationships with store staff and customers.
- Providing product knowledge and handling customer inquiries.
- Monitoring competitor activity and reporting market insights.
- Coordinate with store managers regarding shelf space, displays, and promotions.
- Support product sampling events when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience
years of experience in FMCG retail
(preferably poultry, or frozen category). - Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of storage and handling standards for frozen goods.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and competitor trends.
- Basic reporting & MS Office familiarity.
