Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced 
Finishing Manager Engineer
 to oversee and manage all finishing works on high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical and managerial experience in finishing, fit-out, and interior works execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all finishing and fit-out works on site.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Review drawings and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Prepare progress reports and monitor site performance.
  • Solve technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in finishing and construction management.
  • Strong background in luxury or large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
