Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Manager based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves overseeing technical drawing, preparing and managing project budgets, supervising project execution, coordinating between teams, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and project timelines. The Technical Office Manager will also be responsible for conducting research and providing support to ensure the success of construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and a strong understanding of architectural drawings.
  • Experience in Budgeting and ability to manage project costs effectively.
  • Project Management skills to oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of construction processes.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and application in construction projects.
  • Strong research skills for improving project quality and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience in construction or architectural project management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
