We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Production Manager to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all production operations, from raw material (wood) procurement to the final product delivery. The role requires deep technical expertise in the wood furniture industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimize processes to ensure the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities

Production Operations Management:
Plan and oversee all stages of the production process—from cutting and shaping to assembly and finishing—to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Planning & Scheduling:
Develop weekly and monthly production plans and schedules to meet delivery deadlines for client orders.

·
Quality Control:
Implement and monitor strict quality standards at every production step, starting from raw wood inspection to the final product quality check.

·       
Inventory & Resource Management:
Manage the inventory of wood and other necessary materials, working to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

·       
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and guide production teams (technicians and carpenters), providing necessary training to enhance their skills in craftsmanship and modern techniques.

Equipment Maintenance:
Supervise preventive and routine maintenance programs for machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation.

·
Safety Standards:
Ensure all employees adhere to safety and occupational health procedures at all times.

Resource Management: Manage materials, budget, and time to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and to the highest possible standard.This role is crucial for bridging the gap between design and reality, ensuring that the client's vision is brought to life efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in
Applied Arts

, specializing in furniture design, interior design, or a related field.
- Experience:
Proven professional experience (10 years) as an Interior Designer, ideally specializing in
custom-designed Kitchens and Wardrobes/Closets

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural software:
AutoCAD

Revit

, and SketchUp
- Strong ability to
read and modify technical and architectural drawings
.
- Deep understanding of
Kitchen functionality
(appliance systems, plumbing, ventilation requirements).
- Comprehensive knowledge of
various wardrobe storage systems
(shelving, drawers, baskets, lighting solutions).
- Personal Skills:
- The ability to effectively lead, motivate, and guide the production team, fostering a positive and responsible work environment to achieve peak performance and productivity.
- Demonstrates an absolute commitment to high-quality standards at every stage of production, with an exceptional ability to notice fine details to ensure a flawless final product.
- A deep understanding of wood properties, manufacturing techniques, finishing processes, and extensive knowledge of the latest trends in wooden furniture design and production.
- The ability to develop accurate production plans, schedule tasks effectively, and monitor workflows to ensure the achievement of time-based and output targets.
