Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development from inception to launch, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, defining product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring products meet customer needs. The Product Manager will also be responsible for tracking product performance and implementing improvement plans as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Product management experience, including overseeing product lifecycles and conducting market research
  • Strong background in developing marketing strategies and customer needs analysis
  • Team collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate among various departments
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and tracking of product development milestones
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the coatings industry is a must
  • Proficient in English and Arabic is a benefit
