Role Description
This is a full-time position for a CS Non-Voice Account English B2 (Campaign) at RAYA CX. In this on-site role, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October, you will handle customer inquiries and support requests through non-voice communication channels such as email and chat. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, resolving concerns with a focus on quality service, and maintaining accurate financial and transactional records. You will also analyze customer interactions to provide insights and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and account management skills, with an emphasis on fostering positive customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in written English (minimum B2 level).
- Proficiency in analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Basic understanding of financial processes and ability to manage data accurately.
- Flexibility to operate in a structured and fast-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is an added advantage.
