Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Customer Support Agent (Non-Voice English Account) in El Maadi. The role involves addressing customer inquiries via non-voice channels, providing effective troubleshooting and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions. Agents will use their communication skills to resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective written Communication skills to interact with customers through non-voice channels
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical or service-related issues
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Fluent English (B2-C1)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and adapt to different shifts if required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field
