Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October for a CS Campaign English Chat Account (B2+). The role involves managing and executing customer service campaigns, communicating effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries via chat, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign progress, analyzing feedback, meeting key performance indicators, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Campaign Management and an understanding of effective Campaign strategies for customer-focused projects.
- Exceptional Communication abilities, including written English at a B2+ level, to engage with clients professionally and sensitively.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess campaign performance, track metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in Project Management and ability to oversee campaign execution from planning through completion.
- Proactive attitude, teamwork capability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, chat support roles, or campaign management is an advantage.
