Role Description

Raya CX is seeking dynamic Chat Account Specialists who are C1 level English speakers for this full-time role, which is based on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The position involves engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service. Specialists are responsible for providing accurate information, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring seamless communication, all while maintaining high-quality standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Fluent C1 level English language skills, including reading, writing, and comprehension for professional communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to provide prompt, friendly, and effective support via chat.
  • Proficient typing and multitasking abilities to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Proven experience in chat support, customer service, or relevant roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail and time management skills.
  • High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other customer support software is advantageous.
