Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi, for a Chat Customer Service Agent C1. The role involves providing excellent customer service and support through live chat, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. The agent will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude while adhering to company policies and guidelines to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and managing customer interactions efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clarity and a professional tone
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in written communication is a must
  • Previous experience in chat-based customer service roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are advantageous
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
