Role Overview:

Converted is hiring a
Commercial Manager
to own the commercial strategy and revenue for one of our products (Flyerz, ConvertedLeads, ConvertedOrders, ConvertedPay, or others in the portfolio). You'll turn product capabilities into revenue: define go-to-market, set pricing and packaging, lead sales motions, and build high-impact partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being close to deals, data, and strategy at the same time.

Job Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for your product line (ICP, segments, channels, motions).
  • Own pricing, packaging, and commercial models aligned with customer value and unit economics.
  • Build and manage revenue forecasts, pipeline, and sales targets; report performance regularly.

Sales Leadership & Partnerships

  • Lead a focused commercial/sales pod targeting:
  • Direct clients (brands, retailers, service businesses, etc.)
  • Channel partners (agencies, platforms, affiliates, networks).
  • Negotiate contracts (subscriptions, usage, or hybrid).
  • Identify, close, and manage strategic partners that drive volume, distribution, or product stickiness.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Work with Marketing on demand-gen campaigns that clearly communicate product value and differentiation.
  • Partner with Customer Success on expansion plays: upsell to higher tiers, cross-sell other Converted products, and drive higher usage/spend.
  • Feed customer insights and win/loss analysis into messaging, packaging, and sales playbooks.

Product & Market Insights

  • Bring structured, quantified feedback from customers and partners into Product and Engineering.
  • Track performance KPIs (conversion, ROAS/ROI where relevant, LTV, churn, adoption) and recommend commercial changes.
  • Monitor market and competitive landscape and translate it into commercial opportunities or risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, CS, and Analytics to ensure every new feature has:
  • A clear commercial narrative
  • A launch plan
  • Defined success metrics.
  • Co-own KPIs such as CAC, payback period, LTV, churn, expansion revenue, and partner-sourced pipeline.

Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Converted in events, webinars, and partner forums.
  • Contribute to case studies, playbooks, and content that strengthen Converted's commercial reputation across the markets we serve.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:
    5+ years in commercial roles (sales, business development, or commercial management), preferably in SaaS, adtech/martech, payments, or data/automation platforms.
  • Domain Understanding:
    Experience with performance marketing, customer acquisition/retention, or lead/revenue generation in any demand-driven industry.
  • Strategic GTM:
    Proven track record designing and executing go-to-market plans, pricing models, and partnership strategies.
  • Analytical:
    Strong data orientation; comfortable with metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion, ROAS/ROI, churn, and pipeline coverage.
  • Leadership:
    Experience leading or mentoring commercial/sales teams or pods; accountable for targets.
  • Communication:
    Strong negotiation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Fluency:
    Comfortable working with SaaS tools, marketing/automation platforms, and integrations.
  • Mindset:
    Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
