Ecotel is looking for a dynamic
Sales Operations Manager
to lead sales performance, reporting, and governance, delivering clear insights and driving operational excellence to support sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and maintain sales operations processes, reporting standards, and performance dashboards.
2. Provide consolidated sales performance insights, trends, and risk visibility to Sales Management.
3. Oversee monitoring of sales achievements versus targets and support forecasting activities.
4. Oversee vendor, partner, and certification monitoring to ensure alignment with approved sales plans.
5. Ensure operational follow-up on marketing plan execution and escalate risks or delays.
6. Own business control processes including approval coordination, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
7. Oversee contract and PO alignment checks and revenue activation readiness.
8. Ensure accurate tracking and communication of company sales achievements.
9. Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Operations team.
10. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of sales-support processes.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
Sales operations and commercial support leadership
Expertise in performance reporting, KPI management, and dashboard governance
Strong people leadership skills with a continuous improvement and process improvement mindset.
