UDTN is a fast-growing B2B travel distribution start-up offering a comprehensive marketplace of global hotels, ancillary services, and offline products (groups and special requests). Powered by Juniper technology, our platform provides real-time access to inventory and will expand from a retail web solution into advanced API distribution.

We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the operational engine behind our commercial performance.

Sales Operations Manager – Job Description

Role Summary

The
Sales Operations Support Manager
provides essential operational, administrative, and system support to the Sales Team responsible for selling wholesale travel services to
tour operators, travel agencies, and B2B partners
. This role ensures the smooth execution of sales processes, accurate data handling within the
Juniper system (MUST)
, and effective coordination between sales, product, and operational teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in B2B travel environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Managers who sell travel inventory and services to global tour operators and travel agencies as well as Hajj / Umrah partners
  • Assist with preparing proposals, commercial offers, and rate sheets for our partners.
  • Ensure key account data, contacts, and activity logs are updated and maintained via CRM.
  • Coordinate implementation for new partner onboarding (documentation, credentials, product mapping, etc.).
  • Enter and update product information, contracts, rates, promotions, and service details in
    Juniper
    .
  • Ensure accuracy in hotel/service mapping, price loading, booking rules, and partner configurations.
  • Perform scheduled audits to ensure product accuracy, availability, and consistent pricing for B2B clients.
  • Work with IT/Product teams to troubleshoot system discrepancies and support enhancements.
  • Create sales decks, presentations, partner profiles, and commercial documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, manage sales calendars, and prepare agendas and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts, agreements, and sales documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional campaigns for B2B partners.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring completeness and accuracy of sales records.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Reservations, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams.
  • Support operational alignment for new product launches, partner configurations, and system updates.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 5+ years in sales operations, commercial support, back-office travel operations, or similar roles.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic written and spoken languages.
  • Strong knowledge of
    B2B travel distribution
    (tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, DMCs).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Juniper
    or a similar travel technology / booking a MUST
  • Excellent administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong MS office capability and familiarity with CRM tools.
