We're Hiring: Retail Brand Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate (Retail Brand Manager) to bring our brand vision to life across physical stores and digital touchpoints. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, increasing footfall, driving sales conversion, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute the annual brand & marketing plan to drive awareness and revenue.


• Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints (stores, signage, displays, POS, digital assets).


• Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, pop-ups, and seasonal campaigns.


• Collaborate with merchandising & sales teams to align marketing activities with inventory and highlight hero products.


• Develop upselling programs and support store teams in execution.


• Analyze sales performance, identify slow-moving items, and create promotional actions.


• Manage omnichannel (O2O) experience from digital platforms to physical stores.


• Oversee local store marketing initiatives, influencers, and community events.


• Track KPIs such as footfall, conversion, basket size, and campaign performance.


• Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.

Requirements


• 4–5 years of experience in retail brand management or trade marketing (Fashion, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Electronics).


• Strong understanding of retail environment, seasonality, and visual merchandising.


• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.


• Experience with design tools (Adobe, Canva).


• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and awareness of AI tools.
