Position: Group Marketing Manager – Retail

Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

Role Overview:

The Group Marketing Manager – Retail will lead and manage marketing operations across retail sports and footwear stores, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role requires strategic oversight of campaigns, budgets, and store-level performance metrics while collaborating closely with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement retail marketing strategies and campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.


• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.


• Analyze store performance data, including footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and campaign ROI.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Visual Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and CRM, to ensure seamless execution.


• Work with regional and global brand teams to localize marketing strategies for new store openings, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.


• Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation and high performance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).


• Minimum 10+years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in sports, footwear, or fashion.


• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting sales and campaign performance data.


• Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
