Job Summary:

The Marketing and Communication Manager will be responsible for leading all marketing and communication activities to strengthen the company's brand, drive qualified leads, and support sales growth in the
real estate industry
. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate marketing, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to manage a creative and data-driven marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects and company branding.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through digital and offline channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

Branding & Corporate Communication

  • Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing platforms.
  • Manage media relations, PR campaigns, and press communications related to real estate developments.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as project brochures, videos, hoardings, and event presentations.
  • Ensure high-quality visual and written communication aligned with company standards.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Oversee website management, project pages, and digital content updates.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and manage real estate exhibitions, open house events, and sponsorship activities.
  • Collaborate with media partners, influencers, and agencies to maximize exposure.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the sales department to ensure marketing activities generate qualified leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 4 years in the real estate sector.
  • Proven record of managing real estate campaigns and project launches.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
