Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic
Marketing & Communications Manager
to lead and manage all aspects of brand communications, public relations, marketing, and design at Sanabil Tech.

This hybrid role (based in New Cairo with flexible remote days) requires a versatile communicator who can combine strategic thinking, creative execution, and project leadership to elevate Sanabil's presence across digital and physical platforms.

You'll manage everything from media relations and digital campaigns to visual branding, design coordination, and corporate storytelling - ensuring Sanabil consistently communicates innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1- Strategic Communication & PR

  • Develop and implement Sanabil's communication strategy to strengthen visibility and reputation.
  • Manage media relations, prepare press releases, and handle crisis communication when necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

2- Marketing & Branding

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Sanabil's programs and growth goals.
  • Oversee digital channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletter, etc.) and track engagement analytics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, presentations, and events.

3- Content & Design

  • Lead content creation (reports, decks, social media posts, newsletters, video scripts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design team or external vendors to deliver high-quality visuals and publications.
  • Develop creative briefs, brand templates, and media kits for campaigns and partnerships.

4- Project Management

  • Manage marketing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of communication plans.
  • Support events, expos, and conferences with promotional materials and media coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR — preferably in innovation, tech, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven experience managing PR, design, and marketing projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in social media management, graphic design coordination, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid environment.
