What You'll Do:
Lead the creative process and oversee the development of impactful marketing campaigns across ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) channels.
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Lead and mentor the account management team, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with our creative and execution teams to deliver standout campaigns.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales and marketing management (3+ years preferred).
A strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing approaches.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing and growing an account management team.
A creative mindset with a knack for solving challenges.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
