Job Overview

We are seeking a talented 
Marketing and Brand Manager
 to lead the development and execution of Bedaya3D's marketing and branding strategy.

This role will be pivotal in enhancing our company image across digital platforms (social media, website, online campaigns).

The successful candidate will initially work independently and will have the opportunity to build and lead a small team of 2-3 marketing professionals to drive Bedaya3D's growth.

Key Responsibilities (As an individual or a Team Leader)

• Brand Management
  : Enhance and maintain a cohesive brand identity for Bedaya3D that reflects our innovative 3D printing services and equipment offerings.
• Digital Marketing
  : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and others), and email marketing to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Social Media Management
  : Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to grow our audience and showcase our 3D printing expertise.
• Website and E-Shop Management
  : Oversee the design, content, and functionality of Bedaya3D's website and E-shop, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized.
• Physical Branding
  : Collaborate on the design and decoration of our office space to create a professional and inspiring environment that aligns with our brand identity.
• Content Creation
  : Develop high-quality content (posts, videos, case studies, etc.) to highlight our 3D printing services, equipment, and success stories.
• Team Building and Leadership
  : Recruit and lead a small marketing team (2-3 members) to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting
  : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report to management.
• Budget Management
  : Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or brand management.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and website optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong creative and design sense, with an eye for aesthetics (experience with office decoration or branding is a plus).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build and manage a small team.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar for creating marketing materials.
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing for creating engaging marketing content.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technology
• Previous experience managing a team
