Position Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing department and develop strategies that strengthen Paradise AI's market presence, build brand equity, and drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the executive team, sales, and product consultants to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Paradise AI's vision and business goals.
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, events, PR) to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the IT & ERP industry.
  • Brand & Communications
  • Strengthen Paradise AI's brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee PR campaigns, partnerships, and media relations to position Paradise AI as a thought leader.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Build targeted B2B lead generation funnels through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for ROI.
  • Events & Partnerships
  • Plan and manage tech events, exhibitions, seminars, and client workshops.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and other strategic partners on co-marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring skill development and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with sales, consultants, and project teams to align marketing with business development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in
    technology, ERP, or IT services sectors
    .
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and brand management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and AI/digital transformation industry trends
    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluency in
    English & Arabic
    (both written and verbal).
