to handle day-to-day administrative operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate is
based in Maadi

2 years of experience
in office administration or a related role, and possesses
strong English communication skills
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling in fluent English.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with external suppliers.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience
in office management or administration. - Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Must be
currently located in Maadi
. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
