About the Role:

Office Manager
to handle day-to-day administrative operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate is
based in Maadi

2 years of experience
in office administration or a related role, and possesses
strong English communication skills
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling in fluent English.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with external suppliers.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience
    in office management or administration.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Must be
    currently located in Maadi
    .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
