The Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of the office and will play a crucial dual role in managing and monitoring our administrative processes and social media marketing activities. This position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, administrative expertise, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and AI tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an Office Management, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

Technical Proficiency
:
◦ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
◦ Proven ability to effectively use AI tools for administrative and content-related tasks.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

◦ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
