About the Role
You will manage executive schedules, coordinate business updates, prepare meeting materials, handle communication, and assist in tracking key localization projects. This role requires strong English skills, excellent follow-up, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive support to the CEO & Chairman, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions across all departments
- Act as the communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams (PMO, BD, HR, Vendor Management, Finance, etc....)
- Follow up with internal teams to collect accurate business and operational updates
- Track project progress, deadlines, priorities, and highlight risks to the CEO when needed
- Draft and review emails, presentations, and official documents in English
- Prepare weekly business dashboards and summary reports for the CEO
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information
- Maintain organized internal documentation and executive files relevant to the CEO's office
- Monitor ongoing commitments, provide reminders, and ensure timely completion of action items
Required Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
· 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
· Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
· Strong experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to prepare structured reports and professional email communication
· Experience in fast-paced environments; experience in translation/localization is a plus
