Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, including diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, managing schedules, and organizing meetings. Responsibilities will also include ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including handling correspondence and managing priorities.
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Diary Management to ensure efficient scheduling and time organization.
- Strong background in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance for handling office-related tasks and logistics.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software and technology tools such as calendars, email, and document management systems.
- Fluency in English is a must, and additional language skills are a plus.
