#Technical Office Manager Engineer

Location: Zahraa El-Maadi – Head Office

We are hiring a highly experienced #Technical Office Manager Engineer to join our dynamic Head Office team. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate all technical office functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the technical office team across multiple projects.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs.
  • Coordinate with the site, design, planning, and procurement teams to ensure project integration.
  • Oversee the preparation of quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and variation orders.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
  • Manage documentation control and monitor project progress from a technical perspective.
  • Provide value engineering input to enhance design and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic technical reports and attend coordination meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical office managerial role within the construction field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
