  • Lead and supervise the architectural technical office activities on-site on behalf of the consultant.
  • Review and approve Shop Drawings, ensuring full compliance with Design Drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes.
  • Coordinate effectively with all project disciplines (Architectural – Structural – MEP) to ensure design intent is properly implemented.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure that the contractor's work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve architectural technical issues on-site and issue consultant technical instructions (CTIs) when required.
  • Review and approve architectural Material Submittals submitted by the contractor.
  • Prepare and submit accurate architectural supervision reports to management.
  • Attend technical and coordination meetings and represent the consultant in all architectural discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural consultancy and site
