SoficoPharm provides various services including distribution, registration procedures, importation approvals, sales and marketing, and supply chain logistics. The company's client list includes industry giants such as Janssen, MSD, Allergan, and NOW Foods. SoficoPharm is dedicated to enhancing healthcare accessibility and quality through its comprehensive pharmaceutical solutions.
Job Description:
Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
Manage administrative staff and support departments as needed
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Assist in budget management and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate AUC , GUC, MIU or MUST.
- Excellent for presentations
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office management tools (e.g., ERP systems)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
