The Head of Sales drives strategic revenue growth across Renewals, Upsells, Acquisitions, and promotions by leading a high-performing, customer-centric team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep expertise in the Property Finder marketplace and solution portfolio to effectively position value across customer segments and drive differentiated engagementBuild and scale the Egypt business through targeted acquisition and retention strategies, executing go-to-market plans that align corporate priorities with local market dynamicsbr>Sales Strategy & ExecutionPartner cross-functionally with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Sales Operations to streamline customer acquisition and optimize conversion, leveraging data insights to continuously refine strategies and elevate sales performanceDeliver accurate revenue forecasts across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, while monitoring key performance indicators and driving timely interventions to ensure consistent target achievementEngage directly with customers to gather feedback, assess solution utilization, and address concerns, translating insights into actionable improvements while aligning internal resources to support client goals and drive long-term satisfactionHire, develop, and coach a consultative, high-impact sales team focused on delivering value and building long-term relationshipsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales organizationDesired Candidate ProfileDesired Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or Science; MBA preferred. Familiarity with the real estate ecosystem is advantageous.10+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription-based marketplaces, with proven success in sales and account management. Out of which, minimum 5 years leading high-performing B2B sales teams.Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with consistent target achievement.Strong analytical acumen with a metrics-first approach to business management and decision-making.Service-oriented leader with the patience and empathy to navigate diverse customer and employee needs.
