EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in 3 Countries. We are looking for Head of Sales for one of our clients in the Real Estate Development Sector, located in Moqattam, Egypt.

Role Description

The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the overall sales function to achieve the company's revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Real Estate Development is a must.
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, market segmentation, and lead conversion optimization.
  • Excellent command of negotiation, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • very good command of English.
  • Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
