We're Hiring: Head of Sales – Professional Path Training Center

At Professional Path Training Center, we don't just deliver training—we empower careers, enhance capabilities, and help organizations thrive. We are expanding our operations and seeking a Head of Sales to shape and lead our sales strategy across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including corporate and government clients.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle—from pipeline development to closing high-value deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or Senior Sales Leader in the training, education, or professional development sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
