We're looking for a
Patient Experience (PX) Representative
who can handle high call volumes with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy—ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for. This role is your chance to make a real impact while growing your career in a supportive, dynamic workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Manage
    70–100 inbound and outbound calls daily
    while maintaining top-quality service.
  • Achieve a
    90% answering rate
    and meet call quality benchmarks.
  • Provide
    accurate, empathetic solutions
    to patient inquiries.
  • Efficiently redirect calls to the right departments.
  • Return voicemails on time with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain an
    average call handling time of 2 minutes
    .
  • Prevent missed ("dead") visits through proactive rescheduling.
  • Add and manage patient appointments with accuracy and care.
  • Assist your manager with
    data updates, scheduling tasks, and patient records
    .
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with clinic staff.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English
    (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills
    and a customer-first mindset.
  • A
    positive, can-do attitude
    and strong problem-solving ability.
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in customer service, telesales, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work
    US business hours (overnight shifts)
    .
  • A
    graduate of any field
    (healthcare background is a plus).
