Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Lead located in 10th of Ramadan. The Continuous Improvement Lead will be responsible for leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement, analyzing current processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting training and workshops, and utilizing lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma
  • Proven experience in process analysis, project management, and driving efficiency initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
