Job Responsibilities:

Spare parts

  • Participate in the preparation of spare parts plan and examine it in order to maintain their quality.
  • Supervise on coding failures and coding spare parts in order to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR.
  • Follow-up the receiving of spare parts and the reasons of delayed purchasing orders to keep the machines non-stop.
  • Responsible for oversight of design, operational and trouble shooting for utility systems.

Downtime

  • Participate in the preparation of maintenance plan to achieve the required production plan and the installation of new machines to save time.
  • Coordinate with site departments to schedule utility system shutdown and startup.
  • Supervise on the stop of machines and equipment in order to maximize availability.

Audits & Performance

  • Accountable for all the maintenance operations' activities running at the factory by managing the utilities team.
  • Participate in external and internal audits of the system TPM, excellence and ISO in order to ensure that properly applied.
  • Enforce the use of all safety procedures to reduce accidents and incidents to an absolute minimum by developing work procedures that adhere to safety and environmental cleanliness principles.

Development

  • Determine the causes of deviations of the objectives' set and the opportunities for improvement and priority orders.
  • Optimize energy consumption and eliminate its losses within the factory.
  • Monitor the implementation of maintenance items and causes of diffraction and stablish the suitable corrective action in order to improve the machines' performance.

Job Requirements:

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Food or Beverage manufacturing experience

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience

Skills:

  • Strong leadership & supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage, plan and organize production staff and working on multiple tasks.
  • Target and Objective driven Attitude.
  • Computer literate and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly skilled at analyzing, identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to continuous improvement and the proven ability to move the business forward.
