Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head of Agriculture Operations role located in 10th of Ramadan. The Head of Agriculture Operations will oversee daily agricultural processes, including planning, managing, and supervising agricultural activities. The role involves evaluating agricultural productivity, implementing sustainability practices, and ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. The individual will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor resource utilization, and prepare reports on operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in agricultural management, operations planning, and resource optimization
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices, agricultural technologies, and quality assurance procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, along with the ability to foster collaboration
  • Analytical skills and experience in preparing and interpreting operational reports
  • Effective communication and organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory standards in the agricultural sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in the food processing or agriculture industry is highly advantageous
