Job Title :
HR Operations Section Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a link between management and employees by advising employees about the company, governmental rules, regulations, procedures, and need for compliance with handling questions, interpreting, and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Conduct conflict management activities.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective communication through (Plans, Screens, Newsletters, Videos, and Reports) with all levels of the organization.
  • Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all ER programs.
  • Develop the ER shared service team, with a focus on developing a positive ER climate, delivering consistent support and advice via multiple channels (face-to-face, online, phone, etc..) and across all professions (medical, communication, and administrative).
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, and conduct social activities programs.
  • Reviews weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual HR reports to provide accurate decision-making information.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or similar.
  • 6-8 years in HR Operations in industrial filed.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Dynamic and energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
