Logistics Supervisor
 to join our dynamic team in

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our daily logistics operations. You will ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, compliance with customs regulations, and the highest level of service for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in leading our team to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land).

  • Ensure strict compliance with Customs Law No. 207 of 2020 and other relevant regulations.

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the logistics team to achieve performance targets.

  • Utilize SAP systems for managing shipments, tracking, and reporting.

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and customs authorities to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required. A specialization in Logistics is highly preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding is a must.

  • Experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Customs Law No. 207 of 2020.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems is essential.

  • High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
